The ZX108 is the wider, more directional big-mountain sibling of the ZX100 in Kästle's ZX freeride line — 108 mm under foot, 17.9 m radius at 179 cm, 2,100 g per ski at 179 cm. On-snow performance

On firm groomers the ZX108 carves more cleanly than its 108 mm waist suggests — Semi-Cap Sandwich Sidewall plus camber underfoot still bites at apex, and the 17.9 m sidecut at 179 cm is honest for a freeride ski. Off-piste, the double rocker and Hook Free shovel let it pivot and plane in mid-depth pow, and the 2,100 g mass cuts through chop that lighter 108s skip over. The directional bias is clear: the ZX108 wants to be driven forward, not skidded sideways. Compared to the narrower ZX100 sibling, the 8 mm extra waist trades some hardpack response for noticeably more soft-snow float; compared to the lighter C-Raider 107, the ZX108 is heavier and prefers higher-speed big-mountain lines.
