Overview
The Atomic Strive 16 MN is the top-DIN entry in Atomic's Strive alpine line, a pure-alpine binding aimed at heavy and aggressive skiers who load the toe hard and want a Multi-Norm interface for boot flexibility. It shares the chassis hardware of the Salomon Strive 16 (same Amer Sports parent), in Atomic livery and with Atomic colourway.

Strive 16 MN uses metal heel components and a fiberglass-reinforced polyamide chassis. The metal heel track is more resistant to long-season plastic deformation than the lower-DIN Strive variants. The Strive 16 MN is flat-mountable; many big-mountain skis ship pre-mounted with this binding from the factory. Boot sole height adjustment is manual — pair with a shop tech to set AFD height correctly for ISO 5355 vs ISO 23223 vs ISO 9523 soles. No touring mode; if you want to skin, choose the Shift² 16 MN instead.
