At 102mm underfoot it takes the frontside carving DNA of the range and stretches it into genuine all-mountain territory. This is a heavy, deliberately damp ski built around two wall-to-wall sheets of Titanal, and it skis exactly the way that construction suggests: planted, powerful and quietly confident at speed. If you want a resort ski that carves like a race-adjacent tool but can still handle chop and variable snow, the Cleaver All-Mtn makes a strong case.

On firm groomers the Cleaver All-Mtn is in its element. The double-Titanal layup and VDS rubber damping soak up chatter, so the ski stays calm and quiet even when you push the pace. Edge grip is strong and reassuring, and the directional camber with early rise lets you roll smoothly from edge to edge and hold a clean arc. Turn radius grows sensibly with length, from a shorter 15m at 157cm to a long-radius 26m at 192cm, so you can pick a length that matches the turn shape you prefer. Off the groomers, the mass becomes an asset: the ski drives through crud, tracked-out snow and chop without deflecting, feeling stable and unbothered. The trade-off is that it wants speed and an active pilot. Ski it slowly or passively and the stiff, heavy platform feels like a lot of work; commit to it and it rewards you with grip and composure.
