The Enforcer 94 Unlimited is a lighter, tour‑oriented take on a proven all‑mountain platform. It’s aimed at skiers who want efficient uphill travel without sacrificing too much downhill performance. The ski employs an All‑Mountain Rocker—early tip rise with camber underfoot and a slight tail rocker—which helps with turn initiation and flotation. Carbon SW construction, a Carbon Chassis and True Tip reduce swing weight, making long approaches feel less fatiguing while retaining the solidity expected from a performance all‑mountain tool.
On snow the ski punches above its weight. The 94 mm waist is narrow enough to feel quick edge‑to‑edge and to carve confidently on groomers, yet the rocker profile provides usable float in softer snow. Short, technical turns feel agile and precise while longer, faster arcs remain composed thanks to the carbon layup and sidewall construction. It’s versatile across mixed conditions: firm groomers, chopped snow, and light powder are all handled competently, though very deep powder is where its limitations appear.
The touring attributes are deliberate. A lightweight wood core combined with carbon reinforcement delivers a strong torsional platform with reduced mass. True Tip and reduced tip materials lower swing weight in the front, which reduces fatigue during long skin tracks. Reported weights vary by length (retailer figures show roughly 1460–1560 g per ski depending on size); keep in mind manufacturers sometimes report per‑pair numbers. The result is a ski that balances climb efficiency with the downhill stiffness needed for controlled descents.
Quick spec breakdown and what it means for performance: tip/waist/tail dimensions influence flotation and edge grip — tips around 124–127 mm, waist 93–94 mm and tails about 111–116 mm point to a versatile, piste‑friendly shape with some off‑piste ability. Turning radius (≈13–18 m by length) affects whether the ski prefers short chops or long arcing turns. The All‑Mountain Rocker gives easier turn initiation and float, while camber underfoot maintains edge bite. Weight and carbon construction trade off uphill comfort with downhill power and precision.
Verdict and who should consider this ski: if you want a true randonnee‑friendly all‑mountain tool that still feels like a performance ski on the descent, the Enforcer 94 Unlimited is an excellent choice. It’s not aimed at racers chasing the lowest grams possible or riders who spend their days exclusively in deep powder. Compared to pure backcountry touring skis it’s heavier but much more capable on piste; against full‑fat all‑mountain models it saves weight with surprisingly little compromise in downhill stability.
