Volkl Racetiger MC — Review

The Volkl Racetiger MC is new for season 26/27 and replaces the Racetiger RC as the accessible mid-radius race-carver in Volkl's Racetiger line. The "MC" stands for Multi-Carve — a deliberately versatile turn shape that sits between the GS and SL, paired with a slight tip rocker that smooths turn initiation. Tailored Carbon Tip, 3D Glass and Titanal Band construction make it a serious carver without the FIS-stiff edge of the GS R or SL.

The Racetiger MC carves with strong edge hold and noticeable energy out of the turn. The 14.5 m radius at 169 cm is short enough for genuine medium turns but long enough to extend into wider arcs on bigger pistes — that's the Multi-Carve idea: one ski that does both.
