Lib Tech UFO 105 — Review

The Lib Tech UFO 105 is the playful-side sibling to the Wunderstick 106: same 100+mm waist family, same Magne-Traction and Eco Light construction, but a freestyle contour with long tip and tail rocker zones and lower flex (6-7/10). 171/178/185cm with 18m radius across the range.

The long tip and tail rocker makes the UFO 105 easy to smear, pivot and switch — the freestyle contour cues playful maneuvers. Magne-Traction preserves surprising hardpack bite for a rocker-heavy ski. Softer flex than the Wunderstick means less charge, more finesse.

Versus the ON3P Woodsman 108 it's a lighter and less bombproof freeride-freestyle with more butter-friendly flex; against the Line Vision 104 it's heavier and more damp; alongside the Faction Prodigy 3 it swaps park-mount reference for freestyle contour + Magne-Traction edge tech.

Verdict: Playful, mid-weight 105mm all-mountain freestyle for skiers who prioritize butters and switch over titanal power — Magne-Traction hardpack bite is the party trick.
